Return Policy & Customer Service
- Almost all of our items are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee! (Re-stocking fees or other charges may apply) Any warranty/return information in the item description section supercedes this policy.

- All eligible product can be returned for an exchange or similar item.
- All non-defective returns and items sold with FREE SHIPPING are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be provided for used, as is, or new product that has been opened or missing its original packaging.
- Defective product must be sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Once received we will test to confirm the item is defective and then send out your replacement item.
- There are no returns/exchanges/refunds for Japanese Import games, repair parts, or software incompatibility issues such as NTSC vs. PAL .
- In the event that your order requires an exchange or refund we do require the return Shipping costs to be paid unless you received the incorrect item as a result of our error.
- We will only reimburse return shipping costs if and when the item is returned to us via the most economical shipping method available.
- A Return Authorization will be provided via email and we will provide additional details as required.
